Title: Prohibit Non-Compete Agreements for Broadcast Workers
What Does it Mean: Non-Compete agreements will be eliminated in the Broadcast Industry.

- It squeezes out small independent broadcast businesses.
- It is the Labor & Industry committee passing another bill that mandates how businesses should compete without knowledge of how the industry functions.
