Title: appropriations from the General Fund for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt, and the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

What Does it Mean:  Here are a couple of highlights:

  • HB 416: Working PA Tax Credit:  authorizing the $193 million program for 600,000+ low-income households.  
  • Withdrawal from RGGI (Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative) an energy tax.
  • Reforms to DEP permitting keeping PA Competitive with deadlines.
  • CNIT (Corporate Net Income Tax) still declining.
  • Leaving $8B in the Rainy-Day Fund…..
