February Update: Restaurants and Food Allergies

Quick update on some bills you need to be aware of right now.

HB 1869 goes to Labor and Industry committee on Thursday. We will be attending the meeting on Thursday at the Capital.

This legislation will require the Department of Health to create a food allergy awareness program with associated materials and for restaurants to designate a manager with knowledge of food allergies and according preparation.

SB 1058– RGGI Regulation Abrogation(basically eliminate Green New Deal Energy Tax)
